Order a Home Report

Sale Pack Scotland are a new company recently established to provide home reports throughout Scotland. Based
in Glasgow, we work in conjunction with fully qualified professionals who have all the necessary qualifications to produce a home report for your property.
Home Reports came into effect on the 1st December 2008. Therefore, all properties put up for sale from will now require an accompanying home report. The typical home report is estimated to cost in excess of £500 for the home seller.
Our prices will start from £199. Contact us for a quotation based on the value of your property. Please note, we offer a number of low-cost deferred payment schemes. Therefore, you can choose to defer paying for your home report for up to a period of ten months. Contact us for further information.

Please note, a home report must be produced by a fully qualified professional who is registered with an appropriate professional organisation / institution.
