Calculating a price
1. Select on the type of report you require at the top of the price calculator.
2. Select the start of your postcode in the first drop down menu.
3. Select property value for a home report or number of bedrooms for an energy performance certificate.
4. Click the calculate button, the cost of the item will be displayed in the price box.
Buying your report online
1. When a price is calculated, a buy online button will appear.
2. Clicking this button will take you to the product page where you can view the details of your report or certificate.
3. Click the order now button to add it to your cart.
4. Check out in the normal way.
What happens next
1. You will be contacted, and given an appointment for a surveyer to visit your property.
2. On completion of the report or certificate, you will be sent login details to our website,where you can view it online, download or send it to a third party.

Q. Why does the price calculator display price on application?
A. Due to the size and location of some properties reports cannot be bought online, please contact us for a quote.

How the Order Process Works
1. Send us your details
To begin the order process, you should complete the order form to your left hand side. Please ensure that the details provided are entirely accurate.
2. Arrange payment
Once your details have been successfully received, we will contact you shortly thereafter to arrange payment for your home report.
The prices found on this page are inclusive of VAT.
3. Arranging a suitable time to
visit the property
Once your payment is complete, we will arrange a suitable time for a fully qualified person to visit the property and carry out the inspection.
* Please ensure that the information you provide is entirely accurate as it does constitute part of the contract between us and enables us to provide you with accurate pricing. If the information is found to be inaccurate, we reserve the right to recover any difference in cost.
